Welcome to our joinQ App. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Account Registration & Authentication

Access to the platform is secured via passwordless OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Only one active account is permitted per natural person.


2. Anti-Sharing & Device Binding (Strict Policy)

To prevent ticket scalping and unauthorized sharing, your account and all associated active tickets are cryptographically bound to the specific mobile device you use to log in.

  • Device Transfer: Logging into your account from a new or different device will instantly and irreversibly invalidate all active admission barcodes on the previous device.

  • Reactivation: Invalidated tickets due to device changes can only be reactivated by authorized event staff at their sole discretion.


3. Lottery System & Ticket Allocation

Our platform utilizes a highly scalable, queue-based lottery system for event admission.

  • Generating a draw number (Lottery Entry) does not constitute a legally binding purchase agreement or guarantee admission.

  • Drawings are executed automatically by our system based on chronological registration and category availability.

  • Group entries (up to 4 members) are treated as a single entity during the draw to ensure consecutive admission numbers.


4. Admission & Digital Tickets

Valid admission requires the presentation of the live, rotating TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) barcode within our native application.

  • No Screenshots: For security purposes, taking screenshots or screen recordings of the admission barcode is strictly prohibited and technically restricted. Static images, printouts, or videos of barcodes will not be accepted at the venue.

  • The venue staff reserves the right to deny entry if the digital ticket displays signs of tampering, incorrect time-drift, or an invalid cryptographic hash.


5. System Abuse & Account Termination

Any automated interactions (bots, scripts), manipulation of device time settings (NTP spoofing), or attempts to bypass our Row-Level-Security and rate-limiting measures will result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban, and the cancellation of all associated tickets without refund.


6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, particularly during high-traffic draw events.
